Dr. Binud Ch. Borah, Registrar of Majuli University of Culture, holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Political Science from Khowang College, Dibrugarh, and both M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Political Science from Dibrugarh University. With a strong academic foundation and administrative expertise, he brings extensive experience in higher education management and a deep understanding of political thought and governance, contributing significantly to the academic and institutional growth of the university.
