On the 3rd of July, 2023, the first conclave for the Alumni Association was organised at Majuli University of Culture. The meeting was hosted by Dr. Utpal Narayan Goswami, Assistant Professor of Department of Assamese at MUC. Dr. Bhaskarjyoti Boruah, Section Officer cum Officer of the Students' Affairs at MUC, delivered the welcome speech, highlighting the purpose of the event. Dr. B. C. Borah, the Registrar of MUC, expounded upon various aspects of the Alumni Association and emphasized its significance. During the conclave, the establishment of an alumni association was announced. It is noteworthy that all alumni of MUC, without exception, have registered their details in the alumni association. The conclave witnessed diverse cultural activities performed by both alumni and current students.
